Several years ago I was trying to sign up for a new user name for AOL instant messaging, and I got frustrated because every phrase or nickname or reasonable variation on my name that I tried was taken. So I decided to try to think of something decidedly uncool that noone would want as a screen name, and I don't know why but "Let's Eat Paste" is what came to me. Ever since then, I always use that name for forums and stuff.
It got more confusing since I was pretty active in a forum where the founders of
Paste magazine post often, though my name had nothing to do with them. That's a really excellent music magazine by the way... 20+ song CD with every issue.
